Robert Judd, Owner/President
...since 1981. It all began in 1966 when he started his electrical career in the US Navy. Bob now specializes and works directly with owners and GC's to design/build projects and provide value engineering. Hands-on owner of this multi-million dollar contracting company, he still personally guarantees every installation no matter what the size. Very active in our community, Bob serves on the Board of Directors for various local and NECA affiliations, like the labor management negotiations committe for LU163, Wilkes-Barre and as Treasurer of CAN DO, Inc, an industrial development organization He is also on the Board of Directors for the Great Valley Technology Alliance.
Gregory Judd, Vice President of Operations/Project Manager
Greg has been with Arc Electric since 2000, estimating, managing projects, handling communication installations. His Lincoln Tech Associates Degree in Electronic Technology serves our customers in the specialty field of low voltage system installation and design, fire alarm and security systems. Greg estimates and manages million-dollar+ projects and is certified in:

Corey Beltz, Estimator
Early on, Corey worked for Arc as an apprentice field electrician and then returned to the Arc team in 2007 with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Penn State. He manages the estimating department and seves as the company's safety coordinator.

Thomas Shultz, Construction Manager
Tom is a master electrician and has been with Arc Electric since 1987. Our customers rely on Tom for his problem solving skills, his ability to generate such confidence and his rapport both on and off the job. Managing million dollar+ projects, he brings jobs in on time and on budget and establishes good customer relationships in the process. Tom is our electrical go-to guy and Safety Manager certified in:

Jon Blewett, General Foreman
Jon is another master electrician with us since 1988, supervising Hershey and a variety of sanitary and food processing plants. Our key man when it comes to complex low energy communications and control wiring installs, he's often requested by customers. Jon is certified in:

• NFPA-70E
• CPR
Jack Olivieri, Project Manager
With the company since 2000, Jackcompleted his apprentice training and became a journeyman electrician in 2007. He's worked in all divisions of the company, residential, commercial and industrial. His troubleshooting expertise and good customer relations makes him a very proficient and popular service technician. He was instrumental in assisting the company in revamping and improving it’s delivery of residential services and now lends his experience to our management team. He oversees our residential service division, The Wire Guys, and handles the needs for our industrial clients on smaller commercial/industrial projects. He is certified in:
